add into the existing repository below. Please include the story behind your

No.. the existing anchor UI component is already deployed to ZORALab and @hollowaykeanho sites. I need a new design.

Expected Behavior

sketches of the user interface, etc).

new anchor UI component is developed.

Current Absent Behavior

Please specify the current behavior (e.g. workaround, blockage, etc).

existing ZORALab's anchor UI component is too common.
