Develop corygalynaDRAWER Conventional Top Drawer UI Component #35

Description

Please provide a short description of what feature you're looking forward to
add into the existing repository below. Please include the story behind your
idea as well to give a better visualization of your idea.

Although the status quo's drawers are working fine, it's very new and unappealing. Let's make one that is a conventional top bar at large screen while drawer at small.

Expected Behavior

a new corygalynaDRAWER is developed.

Current Absent Behavior

Current drawers are too wierd.
