stable patches should be in stable-patches dir
dev patches should be in dev-patches dir
Also resolves the issue of zopen not found, now leverages $MYDIR from the zopen scripts (perhaps we should rename MYDIR to ZOPEN_SCRIPT_DIR so that it is more clear? @MikeFultonDev ?)

Lgtm. I agrée MYDIR is a poor name. Wasn’t expecting it to be used elsewhere but makes sense to rename it.

Alternatively, we could append MYDIR to the PATH envar in zopen-build (or common.sh)
