PCRE support #3

Would be nice to support PCRE's (perl compatible regular expressions). I haven't looked closely, but expect this requires libpcre: https://github.com/PCRE2Project/pcre2/releases

Was trying to migrate an existing grep PCRE regex to z/OS UNIX, and disappointed to find zopen grep ~2024-06 was not build with it enabled. Hoping this can be added in the future.
