Formatting problem with zopen-init html and man not right #599

Given that we've stabilised on the usr/local/zopen layout, should we remove the --fs-layout option...? Has anyone ever used it?? (And removing it would help the formatting!!)

+1 for removing usr/local/zopen. The more options we provide the more chances we break things.

Also, I tried reformatting but I couldn't get the newlines to stick around. help2man strips them regardless of what I did. Here's how it looks now: https://zosopentools.github.io/meta/#/reference/zopen-init.
