Presently, the tool is installed first, followed by the installation of its runtime dependencies. However, if there are any environment variables from the runtime dependency tool that need to be utilized in the tool, it cannot be accomplished

The issue reported in comment "https://github.com/ZOSOpenTools/gpgport/issues/6#issuecomment-1847863657" needs this fix.
