zopen clean man page disconnect #696

There is a disconnect in the man page - 3 different names for the command ???

Same for zopen alt , build, generate, init , ... - need to check all the man pages :)

We copied git here. zopen is the driver program that calls the individual zopen- scripts. Although we don't really expose the zopen- scripts anywhere in the docs.
