Get zopen_check_build running properly again #13

Wrote code to save/restore ZOPEN_ variables so that zopen_build runs in a 'clean' environment. Also set the required variables for zopen_build to properly function.

Looks good, do we need to add bash as a build dependency in metaport or it's already picked up via git?

I hadn’t thought of that. I will be explicit
