sudo oedit does not work under OMVS #23

For some people ISPF is (still?) :-) a convenient way to use Z/OS. Under OMVS, sudo oedit does not work, su (followed maybe by bash) and the oedit is ok.

sudo complains that pt3270 does not work.

Problem is not urgent.
