Add a ZOPEN_MAKE_MINIMAL + NSIG=42 - needed for ncurses/bash, respectively #96

This is needed for ncurses. Specifying CPPFLAGS on the command line overrides the configure CPPFLAGS and as such the include headers are not found, resulting in errors.

Also, set NSIG to 42 to match V2R5 definition.
