Update VMVE app icon to 256x256 so that all resolutions have a high quality icon #85

Currently, the executable icon has a size of 32x32 which is not suitable for dynamic resolutions. Therefore, the icon needs to be replaced with a 256x256 icon so that Windows only ever has to scale the icon down as mentioned here:
