Had installed excel connector for office 2003 #79

Had installed excel connector for office 2003,but its not working when i tried 
to login it shows An internal server error has occured  while processing your 
request url:https://www.salesforce.com/services/saop/c/2.5
Can any one provide solution for this one.

what were you performing when you saw the error ?
has it ever worked in your system ?

I have exactly the same issue, happens whenever I try to log on. I can't log on 
at all.

I have made no changes to my local system and I don't believe that SFDC 
settings have been changed as other people's connector still works fine.

The error I am getting is identical to the person above.

i'm getting exactly the same issue with office 2013, worked with 2012, but not 
now on the same pc. 
an internal server error occurred while processing your request
i've tried changing the soap url to the latest version, but this didn't help 
either. thinking it's an incompatibility with 2013.
