Fix Cell tower position broken link

Currently the link leads to the map in a position totally off from my current location, and don't show any other information.

• understand the bug(test V1, test other locations/antennas, try website manually)
• fix it using the current API if possible; if not
• study using another API; otherwise
• remove feature or add alt text with "experimental"
