Realops: Replace route with gate

Description We don't use the realops route column - it's always been filled with"Pilot's Choice". Let's replace this column with a gate assignment (feature requested by pilots).

Acceptance Criteria

• [ ] Replace DB column "route" with "gate"
• [ ] Update UI to reflect field name change
