Description
In the week leading up to the April 2024 realops event, there was an immense workload placed on the EC and WM to update/edit available flights because they were the only staff members that had access to the realops admin view. This workload could be better balanced by allowing the events team to access and manipulate this view.
Acceptance Criteria
[x] Allow events team to view/edit the realops admin page
[x] Restrict dump and export routines to ZTL staff (not allowed for events team)
