TA pointed out that when a member leaves ZTL and is marked as a mentor on our roster, there is no way to remove their mentor status and they still show up as a mentor on the staff view.

[ ] Staff view only shows staff members marked active on the roster
[ ] Mentor status is purged when a member leaves the facility
