Banners not displaying properly for support events #608

Description Support event banners are being displayed in the events list, but not showing up in the specific event view - showing as broken link.

I think that this issues is resolved with the closing of 601 as before the displayBannerPath() was not being called in the individual view but now it is.

@Evanston09 I was thinking that last night when I reviewed your code, but I didn't have any way to test the results. We're going to hold this issue open until next week when we deploy #601 so I can verify that everything is working and then I will close this out.
