Add bank name to BankDetails / XML output

I'm using current version 2.14.2.

In IZUGFeRDTradeSettlementPayment writing the bank name to XML is commented out:

This could be easily implemented by adding a property bankName to BankDetails and then implement getOwnBankName() there.

Could you add this feature?
