Renewed Validation on same file works only after restart the viewer #85

If the validation process throw an error and one fix the issue und create a new XML or PDF-File and load this file again into the viewer (that is still running), than the viewer does not noticed the changes of the file. Seems there is a kind of cache behind.

Only if one ends the viewer and start again and load then the file it works.
