我先仔细看看exomepeak2和其他R包的对比，如果确实有新的优势，我们将会改进pipeline，用您的R包。 谢谢！

我们的文章目前还在准备中，预计半年内会上线。 关于性能可以先参考下图的初步结果，exomePeak2在peak calling上的performance确实是有全面提升的。 [cid:D72D5686-D5F2-47D7-AD3A-3E3687A00AFB] 上图中的 Gcepc 就是 exomePeak2 用的方法。
