Is it possible to read locally? #29

I create the mokuro files using colab. But it seemed like I had to ones more upload the files to google drive. Make it easier to directly read the files locally.

I guess the upload is working locally. But I didn't manage to get it to work. The html file also didn't work because of the name of the folder was Japanese until I renamed the folder.
