:point_up_2: That screencap right there set off alarm bells, for me; and I was like "Shit! Don't tell me they've gone and put draft Pull Requests for all repositories behind a pay-wall! =>/.<=" .........aaaaaaaaaand I kinda got a little concerned... about CFA... so.... here I am.
Fortunately for yours truly and for CFA's sake, draft Pull Requests are not locked behind a pay-wall for this repository... as per the following screencap...

I could discuss this until the cows come home here. However, GitHub is not the place for this. But, know this: I hate subscription models. I find a lot of them to be unethical and exploitative.
but it's not illegal for us to do it, so we can get away with it; and if you're gullible enough to get sucked into it, then you deserve to be exploited!
