Description

As a developer, I want to build a service for abstracting the recording and querying of the event source log, so that other services don't have to duplicate efforts.

Acceptance Criteria

Takes "events" and records them into a Redis stream
Publish "notifications" to Knative eventing
Deployable as Knative service
