Unnecessary lengthening before sonorants in words with Ъ (акценЪт) #37

Words like акцен(а)т have an optional -а- in NomSg and a long -ā- in GenPl.

In our code we transform Ъ to ъ, and falling ъ produces lengthening of the previous vowel: акце̄нта, which is not needed in this type of words.

Please rewrite without small ъ. In fact, we already got the big Ъ sign, so supposedly there is no need to introduce a NEW symbol 'cause we can manage it using the old one in just a different algorithm. But I am not sure.
