Add Allwinner H6 build #1

This adds support for a LibreELEC Allwinner H6 build. Other builds are possible with the right distro/config file, too.

There have to be added some quirks before that make the build scripts more common.

Hi @Zabrimus ,

hier mein Versuch mit ein paar Anpassungen um Builds für andere Platformen zu erlauben. Für Allwinner H6 baut es schonmal.

Wäre top, wenn du mal drüber schauen könntest. Ich hätte zusätzlich noch ein paar Ideen, wie man das noch etwas vereinfachen könnte...
