introduce channellogos #19

using https://github.com/Jasmeet181/mediaportal-de-logos and https://github.com/MegaV0lt/MP_Logos

Build it by setting the extra "channellogos"

Logos are placed at /usr/local/vdrshare/logos where the plugins' logo path should point to. Skindesigner, skinnopacity and tvguide are set to that path already.

After an update you have to edit your plugins' conf file manually.

Funktioniert erstmal grundsätzlich. Dadurch, dass die Logos aber schon im image enthalten sind, wächst das ganz schön an, aber das ist m.E. die einfachste Variante.

Evtl. wäre es besser, das als extra Paket zur Verfügung zu stellen, evt. als kodi-addon? Oder man stellt die Logos über commands.conf und ein Skript oder install.sh zur Verfügung. Ich denke, das schaue ich mir nochmal an.

Die Pakete werden wohl ca. 180MB größer und das ist schon eine Hausnummer. Zumal sich die Logos in jedem der Pakete für Systeme nicht wirklich unterscheiden. Aber ansonsten eine wirklich gute Idee.

Ich schiebe noch einen Commit nach, da eigentlich nur die pngs benötigt werden. Damit wirds deutlich kleiner.
