Reorganize tutorials outside of folders

There is a lot of unnecessary folder hierarchy in the repo. I want to see if I we can simplify it by removing all folders and inside each "version" folder just have the list of tutorial's markdown files.

These are immediate issues that pop into my head with this idea

• What about GitHub Pages? How do we keep the same directory structure in the URL?
• READMEs will need to be changed
• Would be difficult to revert back
• All tutorials would now be required to store other assets under the assets folder (not a bad thing)

I thought about this - but what about tutorials with sections?

It would leave some of the folders very disorganized. We could just get rid of the "tutorials" folder and have a folder for each tutorial. Then a markdown file for each section.
