USER STORY

when I look at the bottom of every page i should see a footer

AC

WHEN on page load THEN i should see a footer at the bottom of the page AND I should be able to see credits for the site

DEV NOTES

  1. basic footer structure, use reactstrap or bootstrap to get a basic structure
  2. this footer will hold credits for the site
    • creator, maybe technologies used, etc
