Fix JS tests #250

Fixes resolution of JS dependencies so that JS tests can be re-enabled.

Sorry but I can't merge this as-is. There are issues I could fix but you appear to disable maintainers from making edits to PRs, and it also appears this fails when built against the latest main branch (which is on K2).
