Allows duplicate name with different cases #3

Adding a person with the same name but different cases (or different spacing) is allowed, and a duplicate person is flagged up if two people have exactly the same names. But, it is possible that two people have the same names.

It is not possible for people to have the same phone number though. However, in the screenshot below, all the A(a)lan T(t)ans below have the same phone number, which shouldnt be allowed.

Since the above behaviour is noted in the UG,I would consider it a feature flaw.
