Zach-MBP:TaskTicketer zach$ heroku rake db:migrate rake aborted! Please install the postgresql adapter: gem install activerecord-postgresql-adapter (pg is not part of the bundle. Add it to Gemfile.)

needed dev and prod grouping, forgot to checkin gemfile.lock
