Zero count problem #1

Hi,

My name is Oguzhan. I'm working as a night assistant at Tubitak National 
Observatory (TUG). We have an Andor DW436-BV & 2K 16bit CCD. Normally we use 
this device on windows machine. It is working quite good on that os. But we 
want to use andor ccd on linux machine. I compiled andor-sdk on debian (ubuntu) 
and redhat (fedora) bases os. I succeeded to compile examples in andor-sdk and 
I can obtain data from using andor-sdk (C++). As we know, python is very useful 
scripting language on scientific computing and it has many third party library. 
I installed pyandor on linux. The ccd is cooling with pyandor. But when i get 
to image from ccd with pyandor, I can not obtain any data. Actualy I was 
obtaining data. But all count was zero. While I was getting data from andor-sdk 
(C++) I couldn't get any data from pyandor on same machine. I don't know where 
the problem be related.

Hi,

I'm Raphael, I'm an intern for SETI at NASA Ames center. I've been working with 
the sdk for python downloaded on this site for several weeks now, I have Linux 
Mint 17.1 and an Andor usb DY420. I have EXACTLY the same problem as Oguzhan 
does. Who can we contact to get informations ? Oguzhan, did you find any 
solution to this problem ?
