Thanks for a great book!

I noticed that the link https://ctohb.com/samples in the book leads to a non-existing page.

Thanks for letting me know @maltsev ! Fixed ;) (The correct link should've been /templates, I've fixed it in the markdown file but I imagine the print book still references /samples so I've setup a 302 redirect so that link works too)
