Description: The Crime Reporter minigame's "Someone has been killed!' message will infinitely spam, regardless if anyone has been killed or not.

Notes:

Wish I had more useful information but I wasn't on the server when it happened, but multiple people complained. Could be possibly related to certain roles capable of respawning, like Pharaoh, Restless, or Spectre.
