All Minigame Packs - Cvar modifying Special Rounds - Minigame that affects Cvars will permanently change Cvars if triggered as round ends

Description: Any minigame that modifies Cvar settings, such as Trouble in Terrorist Town: On Ice, will have those Cvar settings become permanent if the minigame triggers just as the round ends.

Notes:

• Minigames that cause other minigames to be triggered, such as Randomness Intensifies, have a high chance of causing this issue. This issue can also be caused by intentionally waiting until the last moment to trigger a cvar modifying special round.
• The only way to reset the Cvars back to normal is to manually change them, trigger the cvar special round again, or restart the server.
