What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Play any video (such as anime) that should have subtitles.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expect subtitles, none appear but video plays fine otherwise. Pulled up audio
settings and it shows "none" for subtitles and pressing up/down does not pull
up a listing for the subtitles either.
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Frodo RC3 on Windows 7 Ultimate x64
Please provide any additional information below.
No evidence of the addon seeing subtitles associated with the video at all, but
when playing through a web browser the subtitles appear appropriately for the
same video. I have tried previously posted suggestions such as enabling
captions, and disabling commercial breaks and pre-rolled ads to no avail.
