Amazon Plugin / German Accounts

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install Amazon Plugin
2. Use a German Amazon Account

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Expected: Watch a Video
Instead: Error Line in XBMC 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Version 0.6.9 on Windows 8.1 XBMC Frodo

Please provide any additional information below.

I think the Problem is all requests got to amazon.com and not amazon.de. 
So this is basical a feature request for adding support for Amazon Germany.

I have the same problem on raspbmc. The problem for us gernmans is that the 
addon points to amazon.com instead of amazon.de.

Another Problem could be that, as far as I know, amazon.com allows a fallback 
to Flash and amazon.de only uses Silverlight. 
So no Playback runs under any Linux System.

Same problem on Mac OS X 10.7 and XBMC 12. amazon.de is not working as reported.

Why have Amazon to make it that hard .... i really get excited when i first saw 
that there is an App vor Amazon on Raspbmc but then it told me "Addon ist not 
compatible" (surely in German)
