It looks like you accidentally uploaded TopLeftNode.f3d twice. TopLeftNode.f3d and RegularNode.f3d look like the same file.

I've reconstructed RegularNode.

Yep, I had to export from the F3D site for... reasons, and the mistake is mine. Good eye.
