Add precompile switch for NeoPixel LED strips instead of DotStar #5

Note I was not able to regression test functionality with DotStar strips as I don't own them.

A couple other library issues popped up as well - I ignored packages I couldn't find and updated ArduinoOSC.h include to ArduinoOSCWiFi.h to fix a compile error.
