Hello, just a question about WARNING: Detected AP rate limiting message, since 
im new with reaver, i would like to know is it possible to avoid router to 
locks up with certain tweaking or it is inevitable meaning no matter what i do 
the router will always detects attacks?

Thats definitely one of the biggest challenge that reaver faces...and so far no 
solution yet ...the firmware upgrades of routers access points have caught up 
with reaver such that it will locked-up the wps indefinitely unless a reset 
intervention is done manually..thats the reason why the warning just keeps on 
coming endlessly...lets just hope they'll come up with an upgrade to elliminate 
this downside
