When I run osu! and bongo.exe in Win7 compatability, bongo cat still doesn't work in fullscreen.
When I try switching to mania or any other gamemode nothing happens
If mouse capturing and such doesn't work when in fullscreen try setting it to Win8 compatibility instead of Win7
If you are referring to Bongocat not always staying on top of all applications this is normal. I have thought of implementing an "always on top" feature, but there isn't a good cross-platform way to do this with SFML.
(also this project is only designed to work on Windows 10, Windows 11, and Linux systems)
