Update project dependencies

• Upgrade package.json dependencies to the latest versions.
• Fix breaking changes inside webpack.config.js
• Upgrade NuGet packages to the latest versions.
• Add a solution folder for easier navigation from an IDE to the solution.
• Add .idea to .gitignore
