We've killed a few of the Jevin slimes and haven't gotten any drops from them. The server is running on Sponge, and since we were having a hard time finding them, we setup a cursed ground area in the swamplands to get more spawns. The first time I personally saw one, it wasn't on the cursed ground, but still didn't drop anything when killed. I was using a tinker's looting rapier as well.
