Clean up registration #19

Registration pretty much all in one place yet is still highly fragmented with some types using IRegistrable but not all. This should be cleaned up at some point

This should also entail the removal of auto registration as it does not add much at least in its current state where it only works for some types. It also limits flexibility as you do not get to choose the instance you register.
