Feature Request: Add function for background animations #15

It would be really cool to have the option to add background animations. Waterfall animations in games like Luna make backgrounds take life. Thanks for all!

The game you talked about uses ZGB! It uses an animated sprite with no collision. That game is open source, so you can "borrow" some code ;)
