change led matrix type and setting up weather api #3

how do i change the led matrix hardware type? mine is obviously different then yours and the origination is wrong. how do i set up the api in the code not sure what my city id is ether and the website was no help

Enter the API Key and City Code in config.h to display the weather forecast. API Keys are available at http://api.openweathermap.org.

i did do all that but cant seems to get it to work. how do i modify the code to change the orientation of the txt
