One of learners since Monday refreshed booking number of times. Excedo requested for classes and slots for RC2 M3

This slot was booked on Tuesday by learner. But on Zamenhof interface this class is booked for wrong course and module.

There are 2 problems here:

  1. Slot for Simon was returned for RC2 although Simon was not assigned.
  2. Booking was done for incorrect course - although slot was requested for RC2 booking was done for DS2 course.

The dates are not reading properly in the system , What was used there start_date: '2019-09-17T03:06:15Z', end_date: '2019-09-20T14:06:15Z', What was required start_date: '2019-09-17 03:06', end_date: '2019-09-20 14:06',

I think there we are having the problem, the 2nd one is correctly accepted format in the system. In the 2nd manner, Simon WIlliams would not be showing in return. So I guess there in the format the system got confused.
