Caddyfile v2 support #6

Hi!

I love this extension, been using it for months now. :+1:

Would you be interested and able in making this compatible with the v2 Caddyfile syntax? I hope to tag the v2 release candidates in a few weeks.

It's pretty similar, but there are some notable differences, like request matchers using @name syntax, etc... this page should be helpful: https://caddyserver.com/docs/caddyfile/concepts

Thanks again, hope more editors/highlighters will support Caddyfile soon!

I'm not certain when I would have time to do this, but certainly, it would be good to keep up with the latest changes.
