doc: fix floor number and clarify gold smelting Sp7-8 #39

This PR fixes two issues:

  1. [Minor Annoyance] Spring 5 now properly says to farm floor 11 for copper ore instead of floor 10 (which has no ore).
  2. [Run-Breaking Miss] Spring 7 and 8 now include explicit instructions to smelt the gold ore picked up from the blacksmith on Spring 7 and bring the bars with you for the Gold Pickaxe upgrade on Spring 9.
