Awesome list. Do you have a goal for any of these before STEM day?
Thoughts:
I would add Raspberry Pi to the list.
I also like the idea of a consistent, single page, that states "you should get permission from your guardian, teacher, librarian, or technology person to do this" ... or something along those lines.
I think that before STEM day the goal should be to have at least Windows and Mac instructions, but I am not sure how helpful that will be because a lot of these students do not have computers. The Lemonade Stand team also said they would help us with Sugar instructions.
I definitely agree with adding Rasberry Pi, I'll edit that now.
The page is probably a good idea. I really want to make sure all of this is as student friendly as possible.
What format should the instructions be in? I would assume HTML is the most portable, but PDF may also be a good solution. I think we should stay away from the more preparatory such as MS Word. ODT is nice, but not yet widely adopted, especially with older machines.
I think starting with HTML is a good start, and we can always print to PDF if needed.

Perhaps a teacher and student version? The student version should direct students for get permission from their guardian. Or perhaps just to do one version with a note at the top to get permission.
